Q. Will they work with my phone?
If you are purchasing the Type-C version of HushBuds, please confirm that your device supports audio output through the USB-C port. Some USB-C ports are designed only for charging or data transfer and will not transmit sound. All 3.5 mm HushBuds will work with any phone or device that has a standard headphone input.

Q. Are the Type-C HushBuds compatible with my Samsung Galaxy S20?
At this time, our Type-C HushBuds are not compatible with certain Samsung devices, including the Galaxy S20. We are working on a solution, but for now we recommend choosing our 3.5 mm HushBuds and using them with a Samsung-compatible Type-C adaptor.

Q. Are the Type-C HushBuds compatible with my iPhone 15 Pro Max?
Yes. Our Type-C HushBuds are fully compatible with all iPhone models that use a Type-C connection, including the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Q. My iPhone uses a Lightning connector, how can I connect HushBuds?
We do not currently offer a Lightning version of HushBuds. However, you can use an affordable 3.5 mm to Lightning adaptor, which is widely available online and fully compatible with our 3.5 mm HushBuds. Be sure to choose an adaptor that supports in-line controls for calls and music.

Q. Will the HushBuds fit my ears?
HushBuds are made from a single soft silicone mould for durability and comfort. This means the ear tips are not interchangeable. The tapered shape is designed to fit most ears securely, but users with larger ear canals may find the fit less suitable.

Q. Are HushBuds safe?
Yes. HushBuds are safe to use when worn properly. They’re made with soft, skin-friendly silicone and designed with an ultra-small, low-profile shape for comfort. To use them safely, insert the earbuds gently until they feel snug and comfortable - never push them too far into your ear canal. If you have larger ear canals, take extra care to ensure they don’t slip in too deep.

Because HushBuds create a tight seal, it’s also important to keep your audio volume at safe levels. Start low, adjust gradually, and avoid turning the sound up too high. This will help protect your hearing while letting you enjoy clear, comfortable audio.

Q. Do they need charging?
No. These are wired HushBuds, which means no batteries, no charging, and no risk of them running out during the night.

Q. Can I take calls with them?
Yes. They include a built-in microphone and multi-function button for calls, pausing music, or skipping tracks.
